1. Ambassador Eligibility Requirements:
· Only current and former employees of MAS (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") in good standing are eligible to participate in the Candidate Referral Program.
· Terminated employees are not eligible to earn a referral bonus under this program.
2. Qualified Referrals:
All candidates who meet the following criteria will qualify as an eligible referral:
· Referrals must be individuals who have not previously been employed by MAS.
· Referrals must not have applied to an MAS role within the past year.
· Referred candidates must complete all MAS hiring requirements, including credentialing and onboarding, within 45 days of referral.
· Referred candidates must complete 50 hours of work for MAS within 30 days of their hire date, or contract start date for employees on MAS contracts.
· Referrals must be made prior to a screening interview – retroactive referrals will not qualify.
Referred candidates may not use their referrer as a reference during the hiring process, to avoid conflicts of interest.
3. Referral Bonus Amounts:
· Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Referrals: $500
· Allied Health Professional (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, etc.): $500
· Nursing Assistants and Aides (CNA, LNA, CMA, CRMA, HHA, etc.): $250
· All Other Roles (BHP, DLS, PSS, etc.): $250
4. Payment of Referral Bonus:
· Referral bonuses will only be paid for Qualified Referrals, as defined above,
· Referral bonus payments will be made via MAS payroll, within one month after completion of the required work hours, as defined above.
· Referral bonuses will be subject to all applicable taxes and withholdings.
5. Discretion of the Company:
· The Company reserves the right to determine the eligibility of referrals and the payment of referral bonuses at its sole discretion.
· The Company also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Candidate Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
6. Compliance with Company Policies:
· All referrals must comply with the Company's policies and procedures, including but not limited to its code of conduct, employee handbook, and equal employment opportunity policies.
7. Agreement to Terms:
· By participating in the Candidate Referral Program, referrers agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional guidelines or instructions provided by the Company.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Participants in the MAS candidate referral program are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions for updates or changes.
Candidates must meet minimum eligibility requirements to be hired by MAS. Additional information may be required to complete the hiring process.
